Bell Mobility how I loathe thee…

Is there anything I can praise Bell for? Seriously.

So about two months ago I signed up for a Picture & Text messaging bundle. I’d get 50 picture/500 texts for only $5 on my bill. Sounds like a great deal! The CSR folk emailed me to confirm, and said the new bundle would be applied to the primary phone (my husband’s, since we’re on a Family Share) but the bundle would be shared between phones.
1) Would one not assume that that last statement meant that the entire BUNDLE would be SHARED? I thought so.

So the bill comes. I look it over, as usual… bam: $9 charge for picture messaging. Did I go over the 50 limit?! Nope, I only used it 18 times, charged at 50c each message.

I find the email thread when I first had the bundle applied to my account. Bell replies…. (and I quote):

I wish to clarify that the 50 picture messages included in your
Messaging bundle on your prime phone is not shared with your mate phone.
Only the 500 text messages are shared. For this reason, you were billed
$0.50 for every picture message that the mate phone [my cellphone] has
sent.

Funny, nobody “clarified” this part of the bundle wouldn’t be shared. The stupid thing about this? My husband’s phone DOES NOT HAVE A CAMERA. Only mine does. Bell knows this.

I emailed back demanding they remove that $9 charge because it wasn’t clear to my that only part of the “bundle” would be shared. Idiots.

Thank the Lord we’re going to sign up with Rogers Wireless on Saturday.
*does a little dance*

Oh Happy Day!
